The opportunity already in front of you

The next conversation might already be in your inbox.

Between site visits, suppliers and the job you’re finishing, following up last week’s quotes is easy to put off. A spreadsheet gets out of date. A customer’s question gets buried. You’re left wondering what happened.

Our Quote Recovery System brings those open opportunities into one clear process, so you can spend less time remembering who to chase and more time having useful conversations.

Designed initially for painting, landscaping, fencing and similar Australian trade businesses.

A practical, considered approach

From outstanding quote
to a clear next action.

01 / Organise

See what’s still open.

Bring quotes from one agreed source into a clear pipeline. Know what’s awaiting a response and what’s already been resolved.

02 / Follow up

Keep the conversation warm.

Agree suitable follow-up wording and timing, with messages limited to eligible contacts and your approved process.

03 / Respond

Step in when it matters.

Customer replies are flagged for your team. Follow-ups stop when a customer replies, opts out, or the quote is closed.

How we help

Start with the problem.
Build the right process.

01 / Quote follow-up

Keep open quotes visible.

Explore a simple way to track unanswered quotes, prompt the next action and hand customer replies back to you.

02 / Customer admin

Reduce repetitive tasks.

Look at enquiry handling, arranging site visits and appointment reminders. We assess what can usefully be simplified with your current tools.

03 / Future conversations

Follow up at the right time.

Where customers have agreed to hear from you later, explore reminders and an organised handover for future work. Only useful if it fits your capacity and goals.

Scope, software compatibility and costs are agreed in a written proposal before any work begins.

People. Systems. Progress.

Professional follow-up.
Personal relationships.

Every business has its own way of speaking to customers. We agree the wording, timing and handover process with you before the system goes live.

We start by understanding your current tools and workflow. Integrations are checked before they’re promised. Results are reported using recorded activity and outcomes you confirm.

No revenue guarantees or assumed wins. A reply is a conversation, not a sale.

A few things you may be wondering

Clarity before commitment.

Is this right for a small trade business?

Potentially. The fit depends on quote volume, job value and your current follow-up process, rather than team size. We also ask about capacity: if you are fully booked and your admin runs smoothly, you may not need our help.

Will it work with my existing software?

We check your exact tools first. We assess the available connections or import options before proposing a scope. We will tell you if the work is unsuitable.

Will it send messages to all my old contacts?

No. Contact eligibility and permission are checked before any messaging is enabled. Where messaging is unsuitable, internal tracking and reminders can still help your team.

Can you guarantee more jobs?

No. Consistent follow-up can help you manage opportunities, but the outcome depends on your customers, quotes and sales process. You remain responsible for advice, pricing and closing jobs.

What happens after the assessment?

We discuss how you currently manage quotes, identify gaps and check fit. If suitable, we scope the system and provide a proposal with costs and terms before you decide.
